The building has stood here since the 1950s, carefully restored with its character intact. One of the most iconic spots on this stretch of the seafront, it has undergone a full renovation carried with care, retaining the features that matter most and adding the warmth and comfort that make it feel right today.
Not everything needs to be scheduled. Some of the best moments here happen in between — a second coffee, a longer breakfast, the walk you didn't plan on taking. This is what a good day looks like.
Pastries, seasonal fruit, good coffee. The garden catches the morning light just right. No rush to go anywhere.
Walk to Cala Nova — fifteen minutes on foot — or drive to Aguas Blancas for something quieter. Find a chiringuito, order fresh fish, and let the afternoon take care of itself.
Twenty minutes inland and you're in a different Ibiza. Santa Gertrudis or San Carlos — whitewashed squares, old fincas, the island's best local bars. Back at the hotel in time for a shower before dinner.
