General Booking Conditions

These General Booking Conditions govern the commercial relationship between CASA PEPE IBIZA SL and the user or customer arising from reservations made through the booking process available at www.ibaraibiza.com. Making a reservation implies express acceptance of these General Conditions and the website's terms of use.

These Conditions apply in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU legislation, including: Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 3/2014 and the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection; EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR); Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time by publishing updated conditions on the website. Users are subject to the conditions in force at the time of booking.

The user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity necessary to enter into contracts. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and must not transfer them to third parties.

Once a reservation has been made, the user will receive an on-screen confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute a valid invoice.

In accordance with data protection regulations, personal data collected during the booking process will be processed by CASA PEPE IBIZA SL to manage the reservation and related actions. Booking offers and prices

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL provides full information on all available booking options, their features and prices in the booking process, in compliance with Law 34/2002.

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers published on its website at any time. The products and services offered shall be governed by the General Conditions in force at the time of booking.

Price indication

Each booking offer will display its price in euros, specifying whether VAT or any other applicable taxes are included. Prices shown on screen are those applicable at the time of booking.

Availability

Availability of offers may vary based on customer demand. Although CASA PEPE IBIZA SL updates its systems regularly, if the requested reservation is not available at the time of confirmation, the customer will be notified by email.

Payment methods

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL offers the following payment options:

Full payment at the time of booking

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL requests credit card details to process and confirm the reservation, charging the full invoice amount at the time of booking.

Full payment after booking

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL requests credit card details solely as a guarantee of the reservation. No charge is made to the card at the time of booking. The card is used exclusively as a guarantee; the establishment reserves the right to verify the card's validity before the customer's arrival. The full invoice amount will be charged 1 week before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy

Semi-flexible rates

The customer must cancel the reservation at least 7 days before the arrival date to avoid being charged. If cancelled after this deadline, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Non-refundable rates

The amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Certain reservations and/or deposits are non-refundable.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, accommodation services are exempt from the right of withdrawal when the reservation has been made for a specific date or period of performance. Accordingly, the customer has no right of withdrawal once the reservation has been confirmed.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

CASA PEPE IBIZA SL reserves the right to bring civil or criminal actions it considers appropriate for improper use of its website and content, or for non-compliance with these General Conditions.

The relationship between the user and CASA PEPE IBIZA SL shall be governed by applicable Spanish law. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their differences to arbitration or to the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence.
