What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. If you arrive before your room is ready, no problem — we'll look after your luggage until it's all set. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included when you book directly through our website at book.ibaraibiza.com. It's served every morning in the Tantán patio from 8:30 to 11:00 — fresh fruit, eggs, house bread, good coffee and orange juice.
Is there parking near the hotel?
We don't have a private car park, but there is a supervised parking lot 7 min walk from the hotel at Carrer de la Font d'en Prats 50, Santa Eulalia, for €5/day. To reserve a space in advance, call them on +34 607 241 242.
Do you accept pets?
We love animals, but unfortunately we're not able to accept pets at Ibara. If you have any doubts or special circumstances, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Can non-guests eat at Tantán?
Yes — Tantán is open to everyone. You don't need to be staying at Ibara to have dinner or lunch with us. We do recommend booking in advance, especially in summer. Reserve a table here.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do you have a pool?
We don't have a pool. The beach is 3 minutes' walk from the hotel.
What if I arrive after reception closes?
No problem at all. On the day of your check-in we'll send you a WhatsApp with all the hotel information and step-by-step instructions to access the property and find your keys. You can arrive whenever suits you.
Is there someone available if I need help outside reception hours?
Yes. Even though reception closes at 18:00, there is always someone on site 24 hours a day for any emergency or urgent need.
Is WiFi available?
Yes — high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms, complimentary.
